  • Working closely and transparently with the customs authorities, as well as market inspectorates and the police, on surveillance and seizure of counterfeit goods across various industry sectors, from luxury goods to medicines
  • Putting to practical use in-depth knowledge of the diverse customs practices in various jurisdictions of Eastern Europe, Ukraine, Georgia and CIS
  • Preparing cease-and-desist letters and other pre-litigation notices
  • Conducting investigations to obtain evidence of infringement
  • Litigating against infringers
  • Designing and implementing regional and international enforcement programs tailored to clients’ needs
  • Using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, including negotiation, mediation and arbitration, which can lead to amicable settlements and can be a useful alternative to litigation
