Kliment advises clients on trademark prosecution and enforcement. He prepares, files and prosecutes trademark and patent applications and handles oppositions and invalidity actions. Kliment also works with the Bulgarian police and customs authorities on IP infringement disputes.
Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2022, Kliment spent four years working at a Bulgarian law firm in Sofia, where he gained experience across the firm’s intellectual property, commercial and disputes practices.
