Mirjana oversees intellectual property portfolios and enforcement programs for large multinational corporations. She has extensive experience in prosecution and enforcement of all types of intellectual property rights, particularly trademarks and patents, in Serbia and neighboring Balkan countries. Mirjana has represented clients from a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, electronics and hospitality. She helped strengthen the team and practice in Serbia, where she was the deputy office head before transitioning to the role of head of office in 2017.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2006, Mirjana worked at another IP firm in Belgrade for 12 years.
