Mladen’s practice focuses on enforcement and prosecution of trademarks, as well as contentious patent and industrial design matters. He represents clients before the courts and the intellectual property office in office actions and opposition cases, and handles complex assignment and license recordation cases. Mladen also works with the Montenegrin customs authorities on the surveillance, seizure and destruction of counterfeit goods. Mladen has represented well-known automotive, technology and energy drinks companies in opposition cases, while he recently overcame office actions for well-known electronics, alcoholic beverages and apparel companies.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2008, Mladen practiced business and employment law in Montenegro.
