Barbara handles trademark prosecution and enforcement in Slovenia and various other jurisdictions in which PETOŠEVIĆ operates. She also assists with trademark litigation in Slovenia and advises clients on trademark, design, copyright, and customs matters in various jurisdictions. She is also experienced in coordinating and supervising trademark clearance searches. Barbara has assisted clients from a variety of industries, including retail, pharmaceuticals, and food processing, with both non-contentious and contentious matters. She represents clients before the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office, the EUIPO and the Slovenian customs authorities.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2015, Barbara worked at another law office in Slovenia where she provided administrative support to the team and handled basic legal tasks in the field of intellectual property.
