Jasna Jusić

With more than 10 years of experience in intellectual property, Jasna advises clients on all aspects of IP law. She handles contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright matters, as well as domain name issues. Jasna represents clients from a variety of industries in trademark-related litigation before the Commercial Court of Montenegro in Podgorica. Recently, she successfully represented a well-known luxury apparel manufacturer in several trademark infringement and anti-counterfeiting cases. Jasna also regularly contributes chapters and articles on Montenegrin IP law to various international IP publications.

Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2007, Jasna worked on the USAID-funded Montenegro Competitiveness Project, where she was responsible for public outreach.
