Gaziza advises clients on trademark protection strategies and handles trademark prosecution and enforcement before the Kazakh IPO, as well as before customs other state authorities. She also handles copyright enforcement and litigation.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2023, Gaziza worked as a legal specialist in a Big Four company, advising clients on IP, investment, finance and corporate issues, and in an international media company, consulting clients on copyright issues.
