    • With over 15 years of experience in intellectual property, Ana advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law. Ana handles trademark clearance and enforcement, as well as contentious trademark proceedings before the courts in Serbia. She also counsels clients on trademark protection, and drafts assignments and licenses. Ana has successfully represented both regional and leading multinational companies across various industries, including motorcycles, apparel, food and beverage, and restaurants and food services. She has considerable experience in advising and representing clients before Serbian courts in trademark infringement cases involving lookalikes and parasitic copying. Ana is also well versed in advising clients on copyright matters. She is an active MARQUES, INTA and EPI member and has represented PETOŠEVIĆ at various conferences.

    Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2007, Ana was in private practice for civil and commercial law, where she also represented clients in cases of patent and trademark protection.
