Oleksandr advises clients on various intellectual property matters in Ukraine and other countries in the region. He represents clients before local customs authorities, the antimonopoly committee and the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Office. Oleksandr mostly handles trademark, patent, design and copyright litigation and advises clients on compliance with data protection laws. He recently represented a multinational technology company in trademark enforcement matters, while he also successfully settled a trademark dispute involving a leading British online sports betting company.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2021, Oleksandr spent 11 years working as legal counsel handling IP and corporate legal matters for two other law firms and for a real estate and trade company in Ukraine. During this time, Oleksandr also worked as a bailiff and liquidator.
