Five IP Decrees Enter into Force in Bosnia

On May 29, the following five IP decrees were published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina and entered into force on June 5.

  • Decree on the Implementation of the Customs Measures for the Protection of the Rights of Trademark Holders
  • Decree on the Implementation of the Customs Measures for the Protection of the Rights of Patent Holders
  • Decree on the Implementation of the Customs Measures for the Protection of the Rights of Copyright Holders
  • Decree on the Implementation of the Customs Measures for the Protection of the Rights of Geographical Indications and Designations of Origin Holders
  • Decree on the Implementation of the Customs Measures for the Protection of the Rights of the Design Holders

The decrees aim to regulate the implementation procedure for customs measures intended for the protection of IP rights in Bosnia.
