Upcoming PETOŠEVIĆ Webinar: IP Update on Special-Status Territories - Kosovo, Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia
PETOŠEVIĆ will hold a complimentary webinar on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM EDT / 4:00 PM CET to discuss the intellectual property protection in Kosovo, Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, which are all special-status territories in Eastern Europe.
This webinar comes as a result of our clients’ interest in IP matters in these territories. How to approach the protection of IP, should brand owners file or not, and where, what are the latest IP updates and tips for IP holders? We will attempt to answer these questions during our webinar. At the end of the webinar, we will also discuss the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
Join us for this 45-minute presentation that will be followed by a short question and answer session.
The presenters will be Kujtesa Nezaj-Shehu, director of SDP KOSOVE, Taras Kulbaba and Yuriy Karlash, associates from our Ukraine office, and Ignacio Lazaro, our Chief Operating Officer. PETOŠEVIĆ CEO Slobodan Petosevic will be the moderator.
If you can’t make the live time of this webinar, the presentation will be archived. Please register and your login details will enable you to listen to the webinar at a time that suits you.
For any questions or if you have problems registering, please email Jelena Jankovic.
