Nov 3 2005 - 18:38

Intellectual property protection cheaper for businesses operating in the EU market.

On October 22, 2005, the reduction in fees payable to OHIM (Office for the Harmonization in the Internal Market) entered into force.

The reductions include:

  • Lowering of the Community trade mark (CTM) application fee from € 975 to €900
  • Lowering of the CTM registration fee from € 1100 to € 850
  • Lowering of the fee for renewing the registration of a CTM from € 2500 to €1500

Additional reduction of €150 is available to those who file applications and renewals online using OHIM’s e-filing technology.

SD PETOSEVIC is pleased to pass this benefit to its clients. For an updated schedule of our fees reflecting reductions in CTM fees, please contact SD PETOSEVIC staff at mail@petosevic.com.
