SD PETOSEVIC is pleased to announce that Cristian Nastase has joined our Romania office as a senior associate.
Mr. Nastase, a European trademark and patent attorney, comes to us from Rominvent, a Romanian IP agency, where he spent 9 years counseling domestic and international clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters. His experience includes contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark and industrial design matters, enforcement of IP rights in Romania, as well as licensing, franchising, assignments, coexistence agreements and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Nastase is the Chair of the Law Commission of the Romanian Patent Chamber, as well as an active member of the INTA’s Legislation and Regulation committee.
