  • At least one representation of the mark (in color if claimed)

Industrial Design Applications

  • Drawing or photograph of the claimed model or design

All other documents may be filed subsequently. To keep the filing date, the initial application must contain all designs and views of the claimed design. Powers of attorney need not be legalized or notarized.

All documents filed at the Latvian PTO should be in Latvian or containing a certified translation into Latvian
