
Tímea advises clients on various aspects of intellectual property protection, handles contentious and non-contentious trademark matters and represents clients before the courts and the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office. She is also well versed in advising companies on the protection of their internet-related IP rights and their compliance with data protection regulations. Tímea also has experience in copyright infringement litigation in Hungary.
Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2020, Tímea worked as an independent attorney at law for nine years, representing and advising different e-commerce companies in IP and data protection matters. She also worked as a legal translator for the CJEU for seven years, and as an associate at a Hungarian law firm for three years. In 2018, Tímea co-created an online EU legal terminology search tool.
