Ostap’s practice focuses on trademark and patent prosecution in Ukraine and other countries in the region. Ostap also handles copyright enforcement and litigation. He drafts cease and desist letters, performs investigations and advises clients on infringement of intellectual property rights.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2021, Ostap worked as a legal assistant at a logistics and hospitality company in Lviv and interned at the Lviv Regional State Administration and the Lviv District Administrative Court.
