Maryna Maltykh

    • Maryna handles trademark prosecution and enforcement in Ukraine and other countries in the CIS region. She responds to office actions and provisional refusals, and drafts and files oppositions. She conducts investigations, drafts cease and desist letters, handles negotiations and works on trademark cancellation cases. Maryna advises clients on trademark protection and enforcement, and also assists in domain name disputes. She has assisted clients from a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, food and drink.

    Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2017, Maryna worked at two law firms in Dnipro, Ukraine, where she handled civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law matters.
