Laura’s practice focuses on contentious and non-contentious trademark, copyright and licensing matters, while she also handles patent, industrial design and domain name matters. She represents clients before the courts and administrative bodies, prepares legal opinions and advises clients on all aspects of IP protection. Laura has represented companies from a variety of industries, including fashion, pharmaceuticals and technology. She has experience in representing clients in trademark infringement proceedings, enforcement against counterfeits and domain name infringement matters, including UDRP proceedings before WIPO.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2017, Laura worked in leading Romanian law firms for six years, advising and representing clients in various matters related to different fields, including IP, competition law and mergers and acquisitions.
