Diliya Chanysheva

  • Junior Associate

Diliya handles prosecution, enforcement and contentious matters before administrative bodies in Kazakhstan. She advises clients on the best patent, trademark and design filing strategies and handles oppositions and cancellation and revocation actions. Diliya also performs investigations and drafts court actions and legal opinions.

Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2021, Diliya worked as a senior trademark examiner at the Kazakh IPO and as the chief legal analyst at the Kazakh Ministry of Justice’s Intellectual Property Rights Center. Diliya also worked as a senior manager at a Kazakh online travel agency.
