Ana Radoman

Ana’s practice focuses on complex trademark matters, including provisional refusals, office actions, clearance searches, infringements, and assignments. She also works with the Serbian customs authorities on the surveillance, seizure and destruction of counterfeit goods. Ana has held presentations on behalf of her clients at training seminars aimed at educating local customs, market inspectorate and police officials on how to recognize counterfeit products.

Ana has represented clients from a variety of industries, including apparel, food and beverage, tobacco and beauty industries. She formulates and implements IP strategies for both established and emerging companies, including start-ups. Ana also handles copyright and industrial design cases, and represents clients before the Serbian Intellectual Property Office, as well as before customs and police authorities.

Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2013, Ana worked as a legal advisor at the Consumer Center of Serbia.
