
Nada prepares, files and prosecutes national, international (PCT) and European patent applications. She extends duration of patents through Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC), validates European patents and restores lapsed patents and applications. She also prosecutes trade mark and design applications as well as applications for the protection of plant breeders’ rights and the admission of plant varieties into the national list of varieties, under the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture and comparable authorities in other jurisdictions across the region. Nada has successfully represented clients across diverse industries, with substantial experience in the pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors.
Nada joined the firm in 2012, shortly after earning her LLB from the University of Belgrade.
