Ignacio Lazaro Speaks on Behalf of INTA at Belarus Conference on Customs Union

PETOŠEVIĆ COO Ignacio Lazaro was invited to speak on behalf of the INTA at an anti-counterfeiting conference in Minsk, Belarus on February 19, 2013.

The conference, entitled “Brand Protection in the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia: Corporate Image – Country Image” was organized by BelBrand, an industry association made up of Belarusian trademark owners.

Ignacio Lazaro, who has been closely following the CU developments, gave a presentation on the common issues and challenges that IP rights owners face in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan as a result of this relatively new union.

Approximately 150 professionals and government officials from the region attended the event.
