Ignacio has extensive experience in prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Eastern Europe. He also handles and advises clients on CTM matters and coordinates litigation procedures in the Western Balkan countries. In addition, he negotiates disputes for both U.S. and European clients. He joined PETOŠEVIĆ in 1998.
