Aura handles contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark and industrial design matters, as well as domain name issues. Her responsibilities include clearance and registration, handling IP enforcement matters, as well as working with the customs authorities on surveillance and seizure of counterfeit goods.
In addition to coordinating intellectual property matters for clients, Aura is responsible for the overall management of the Romania office. She has over 6 years of experience in financial management of EU Phare projects, including projects relating to upgrading and harmonizing intellectual property rights in Romania.
