Slobodan Petošević, Mayya Pak to Speak at INTA Academic Course in Boston

During the INTA Annual meeting in Boston, on Saturday, May 18, 2019, from 9:30 to 10:30am, PETOŠEVIĆ Chairman and CEO Slobodan Petošević, along with PETOŠEVIĆ Russia Associate Mayya Pak, will present a lecture on the latest intellectual property developments in former USSR countries as part of the INTA’s Academic Course on International Trademark Law, taking place on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

The INTA Academic Course, taught by professors and practitioners from around the world, is designed to provide a comparative analysis of trademark law and practice in different countries. Slobodan has been a regular lecturer on trademark law in former USSR countries at this course for 11 years. The presentation will provide an overview of treaties and agreements in force in the region, the latest developments in the Eurasian Economic Union, a comparative analysis of post-Soviet and EU practice, and other latest developments in Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia.
