Slobodan Petošević Represents INTA at WIPO’s 38th Session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights

In his role as Vice-Chair of the Copyright Policy Subcommittee of INTA’s Copyright Committee, PETOŠEVIĆ Chairman and CEO Slobodan Petošević, together with the Copyright Policy Subcommittee Chair Axel Nordemann of IP firm Boehmert & Boehmert, represented INTA at the 38th Session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights, organized by WIPO, which took place on April 1 and 2, 2019 in Geneva.

Topics that were discussed during the session included protection of broadcasting organizations, limitations and exceptions for libraries and archives, educational and research institutions, and persons with disabilities.
