With 20 years of experience in intellectual property, Tatyana’s practice focuses on trademark litigation and consulting clients on intellectual property matters. Tatyana supervises all cases handled by our Russia and Belarus offices, including trademark prosecution and enforcement matters and legal opinions for leading multinational companies from a variety of industries, including technology, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and heavy equipment. She is also well versed in handling non-use invalidation actions, consulting clients on license recordals, drafting agreements and handling domain name matters. Tatyana is an active INTA member and has represented PETOŠEVIĆ at numerous conferences and meetings.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2014, Tatyana worked at another law firm in Russia as the head of the trademark department since 2005. She began her career at the same firm in 2001 as a trademark attorney assistant.
