We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist for the Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) region to join our office in Serbia (remote work is possible)

Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes regional HR objectives by recruiting, selecting, assigning, coaching and counseling employees
- Discusses and develops employee career development paths with Heads of Offices/Departments
- Organizes yearly performance reviews
- Develops compensation and benefits plans
- Monitors compensation metrics, employee turnover rates and determines appropriate employee pay
- Designs and implements company HR policies
- Maintains HR procedures that comply with labor regulations in the EECA region
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Specialist or similar role
- University degree in Psychology, HR management or similar; Master’s degree in HR management a plus
- Fluent in English, Serbian and preferably Russian
- Solid understanding of labor legislation across the region
- Effective communication and soft skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Strong computer skills, at least in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
