We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our office in Kazakhstan

Responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative duties such as: managing electronic calendars; scheduling meetings, appointments and conference calls; distributing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; delivering and collecting documents from state authorities
- Occasional translating and proofreading of documents
- Providing direct support to the office
- Handling travel arrangements and organization of events
- Maintaining office supplies
- Other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Office
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- High school degree
- At least 2 years of office experience working in similar administrative positions
- Supply management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Able to manage time and work to deadlines
- Responsible, organized, hard-working and a team player
- Strong computer skills, at least in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent Kazakh language would be an advantage
