We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our office in Kazakhstan

Responsibilities: 

  • Handling general administrative duties such as: managing electronic calendars; scheduling meetings, appointments and conference calls; distributing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; delivering and collecting documents from state authorities
  • Occasional translating and proofreading of documents
  • Providing direct support to the office
  • Handling travel arrangements and organization of events
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Office

Requirements: 

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • High school degree
  • At least 2 years of office experience working in similar administrative positions
  • Supply management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Able to manage time and work to deadlines
  • Responsible, organized, hard-working and a team player
  • Strong computer skills, at least in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent Kazakh language would be an advantage
