We are looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant (maternity leave replacement) to join our office in Luxembourg
- Taking care of day to day accounting, including invoices, payments, debt collections;
- Responding to various requests from group offices, administrations, clients and suppliers;
- Preparing outgoing payments, verifying data and supporting documents;
- Downloading files for accounting purposes;
- Updating database;
- Follow-up of emails and administrative tasks.
- Studies of economics with an accounting background;
- Experience in accounting/secretarial tasks;
- Good command of MS office (Word, Excel & Outlook);
- Knowledge of the accounting software BOB would be an asset;
- Fluency in English and French or German (any other language would be considered as an asset);
- Client service mindset and ability to meet deadlines;
- Accurate, detail-oriented and highly organized.
