We are looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant (maternity leave replacement) to join our office in Luxembourg

Responsibilities: 

  • Taking care of day to day accounting, including invoices, payments, debt collections;
  • Responding to various requests from group offices, administrations, clients and suppliers;
  • Preparing outgoing payments, verifying data and supporting documents;
  • Downloading files for accounting purposes;
  • Updating database;
  • Follow-up of emails and administrative tasks.

Requirements: 

  • Studies of economics with an accounting background;
  • Experience in accounting/secretarial tasks;
  • Good command of MS office (Word, Excel & Outlook);
  • Knowledge of the accounting software BOB would be an asset;
  • Fluency in English and French or German (any other language would be considered as an asset);
  • Client service mindset and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Accurate, detail-oriented and highly organized.
