European Community Design

A European Community Design (CDR) is a one design right covering all the countries of the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia.

• The particulars of the applicant
• A representation of the design

All other documents may be filed subsequently.

Some documents may require translation into one of the languages of the European Community.
