SD PETOSEVIC Receives Award for Best Eastern European IP Practice Team
The 2006 WORLD Leaders European Intellectual Property Awards sponsored by Informa Law took place in London on November 16th. See photo.
Over two hundred intellectual property experts gathered to congratulate those who have performed outstanding work within the field over the past twelve months.
The winners of the 2006 WORLD Leaders European IP Awards are:
Best achievement in litigation – Highly commended: Jesús de Alfonso of Baker & McKenzie; Winners: Morag Macdonald, Trevor Cook and Robert Williams of Bird & Bird.
Best achievement in practice – Evie Kyriakides of Mars.
Best achievement in protecting IP on the internet – The Beachcroft LLP Team and the Federation Against Software Theft.
Best achievement in IP education and training – RGC Jenkins & Co: Trademarks Group.
Best achievement in IP enforcement – Highly commended: Fabrizio de Benedetti of Societa’ Italiana Brevetti; Winners: Burkhart Goebel, Dietrich Ohlgart and Constanze Schulte of Lovells.
Best achievement in IP management – Gillian Switalski of F&C Asset Management Plc.
