Albania - International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants

The International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants will enter into force in the Republic of Albania on October 15, 2005.
The instruments of accession were deposited by the government of Albania on September 15, 2005.
As a new member of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV), Albania will share in the annual contributions to its budget.
