Bosnian Officials Seize Fake Nike, Reebok, Adidas Labels

On April 21, 2011, the Customs Sector of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia informed the PETOŠEVIĆ Bosnia office that the customs authorities seized 273,838 fake labels found to infringe the intellectual property rights of Nike, Reebok and Adidas.

Bosnian Authorities Seize Counterfeit Massagers

The authorities from the Customs Sector of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia have recently detained 5280 counterfeit electrical and non-electrical massagers bearing the marks of Kosmodisk Classic and Relax & Tone.

Macedonian Authorities Destroy Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Gillette, Diesel Counterfeits

On March 17 and 18, 2011, the Macedonian Customs Administration conducted a destruction of a significant quantity of counterfeit goods, originating in Turkey, China and the United Arab Emirates. The goods were destroyed in a furnace at a factory in the town of Kavadarci, south-central Macedonia.

4,000 Pairs of Fake Nike Sneakers Destroyed in Serbia

The representatives of the PETOŠEVIĆ office in Belgrade and the representatives of Delta Sport, the exclusive distributor of Nike in the Balkan region, have recently organized and witnessed the destruction of 4,151 pairs of sneakers found to infringe the intellectual property rights of Nike.

Bosnian Customs Seize Nike, Lacoste Counterfeits

On December 3, 2010, the Customs Sector of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia informed the PETOSEVIC Bosnia office that the customs officials seized 22,000 counterfeit Nike labels and 1,128 counterfeit Lacoste perfumes. The goods will be destroyed and the criminal charges will be filed against the importer.

On June 2, 2010, the Serbian customs officials and representatives of the PETOSEVIC office in Belgrade organized and witnessed the destruction of 7,428 pairs of sneakers and 34,000 rubber labels found to infringe the intellectual property rights of Nike.
