PETOŠEVIĆ Hosts INTA Roundtable in Montenegro
PETOŠEVIĆ Montenegro co-organized and hosted an INTA Roundtable entitled “Trademark Use – Important Aspects” in Podgorica, Montenegro on November 4, 2014.
The roundtable focused on the proof of use in revocation actions and oppositions. The roundtable also tackled distinctiveness acquired through use and proving reputation and well-known status of trademarks. There were 30 attendees, all of whom found the roundtable topics useful and interesting.
The speakers included Ms. Mirjana Šarić, Head of Trademark Department at the IPO of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Bojan Pretnar, Intellectual Property Consultant / Former President of Slovenian IPO / Former Senior Official of WIPO, Ms. Antoaneta Cvetić, Head of Department for substantive examination, oppositions and revocation of trademarks at the IPO of Croatia, as well as Mr. Andrej Bukovik, Attorney at Law at PETOŠEVIĆ Slovenia.
The moderator of the roundtable was Ms. Jasna Jusic, the director of PETOŠEVIĆ Montenegro.
