Andrej Bukovnik Co-Authors Chapter on Slovenia for Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights through Border Measures Book

Andrej Bukovnik, a senior associate from PETOŠEVIĆ Slovenia office co-authored the chapter on Slovenia for Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights through Border Measures: Law and Practice in the EU, a comprehensive, 1,248-page guide on using border measures to prevent the import of infringing goods into the EU.
Andrej co-authored the same chapter for the first edition of the book, published in 2006. The second, updated edition was published in July 2012 by Oxford University Press.
