Tanja Diklić Speaks to Fordham’s LLM Class about IP in Eastern Europe
Last week, the director of our New York Liaison Office, Tanja Diklić, visited students of Fordham Law School’s Master of Laws (LLM) International Intellectual Property Law, Practice and Enforcement class, taught by SVP Worldwide’s intellectual property counsel, Robert Doerfler.
Tanja gave a general overview of the IP practice in Eastern Europe, including the discussion on new jurisdictions of Kosovo and Montenegro and the difficulties and improvements in enforcement in the region. She also introduced the students to the practical side of practice and discussed the work culture of Eastern Europe and her role as a liaison for PETOŠEVIĆ U.S. clients.
