PETOŠEVIĆ Lowers Cost of Simplified Customs Procedures
In light of the ongoing global economic crisis and its far-reaching repercussions, we have significantly lowered the cost of simplified customs procedures that pertain to the seizure of counterfeit goods in the Western Balkans.
Accordingly, we have introduced a new package service – The Simplified Procedure – that encompasses all seizure-related services under a single price, and at a fraction of the cost that you would pay elsewhere.
The package will be available as of July 1, 2009, and it applies to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia.
The Simplified Procedure includes the following services:
- Reporting the customs seizure;
- Verifying and analyzing the customs documents and seized goods;
- Preparing and sending the report;
- Initial contact with infringers to explore possible settlement;
- Preparing the settlement documents;
- Sending the settlement proposal to the infringer;
- Possible further negotiation with the third party;
- Obtaining photos of the seized goods;
- Further contacts with the infringer and the local customs office, and similar activities;
- Receiving and considering the settlement documents from the infringer;
- Preparing and filing the request for the destruction of the seized goods.
In addition:
- We do not charge membership fees.
- Our package fee is uniform for all the 7 countries where we provide this service: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia. You always pay the same, reduced price wherever we handle your case.
- The set fee applies regardless of the workload. We will not charge you more if we work extra hours on your case.
- We do not employ any intermediaries in the 7 countries where we provide this service. We are in full control and take full responsibility for our work in order to make sure that we deliver solely the premium and timely service.
- We do not differentiate among clients based on any sort of memberships or partnerships. We approach every client with the highest level of professionalism.
- We do not classify cases as big or small because they are all equally important to your business.
