Vladimir Nika

Vladimir’s practice focuses on patents, particularly the preparation of patent applications and prosecution before the Albanian Trademark and Patent Office. He also counsels clients on clearance, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks in Albania. Prior to starting his career as Trademark and Patent Agent in 1995, Vladimir was a full time professor of Physical Metallurgy at the Polytechnic University in Tirana and still teaches there as a visiting professor.
