Sultan Tleubekov

Sultan’s practice focuses on patent, trademark and design prosecution in Kazakhstan. He represents clients before the Kazakh Intellectual Property Office, drafts legal opinions and handles oppositions, cancellations, and revocations.

Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2023, Sultan worked as a legal manager at the Astana International Financial Centre, and as legal counsel for a Kazakh startup and a Kazakh mining company. Sultan also Interned at the World Trade Organization as a participant of the WTO Support Programme for Doctoral Studies.
