Elena Marinova

Elena handles patent and trademark prosecution matters.

With a BA and an MA in the Economics of Intellectual Property she is considered an expert in the field of IP and has held a copyright expert position for three years before joining PETOŠEVIĆ. She worked for Vitality Music where her duties included protection of copyright and related rights for both Bulgarian and foreign authors and artists, drafting and signing license agreements and advising ad agencies, theaters and producers on finding the right music for their campaigns, theatre shows or movies.
