Elena advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property protection, including enforcement, litigation and customs matters. She also handles the prosecution and maintenance of trademarks, mainly in the CIS countries.
Prior to joining the firm in September 2009, Elena worked as an associate at the intellectual property & technology department of one of the major international law firms- DLA Piper, Ukraine, and as an associate in trademark department at Gorodissky & Partners in Ukraine, where she gained experience in trademark law.
