Slobodan’s practice ranges through all areas of intellectual property and primarily concentrates on patent law and enforcement of IP rights. He represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters and negotiates settlements.

As a specialist for the Western Balkans countries, he worked on harmonization of Romanian Patent and Plant Variety laws under the EU Phare Program.
