Tanja’s practice consists of advising clients on the proper use, licensing, transfer and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights and industrial design matters.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ, Tanja was with a Croatian Patent and Trademark firm working as a head of the legal department. She consulted and advised both foreign and Croatian clients on issues concerning intellectual property protection in Croatia. Tanja also worked at the Croatian Intellectual Property Office where she participated in drafting of the Croatian Copyright and Related Right Law. In 2001, she participated in the CARDS program (Community Assistance for Reconstruction, Development and Stabilization), focusing on IP development in Croatia.
Tanja is a member of the Working Group for Negotiations for Croatian accession to the European Union (Chapter 7, Intellectual Property).
Tanja joined PETOŠEVIĆ in 2006.
