Živka’s practice focuses on the maintenance of trademarks and patents, as well as on working with the customs authorities on the surveillance and seizure of counterfeit goods. She is a certified patent and trademark agent before the Macedonian courts.
Before joining PETOŠEVIĆ, Živka worked in a private attorney’s office, primarily on criminal matters in Macedonia.
