*Of Counsel – Pursuant to Croatian laws governing professional rules and responsibilities of attorneys at law, a Croatian attorney at law is required to remain an independent entity and may not affiliate himself/herself with a commercial company as an employee. Nonetheless, local laws provide that attorneys at law may enter into an affiliation agreement with a company pursuant to which they may practice law on behalf of and in association with such entity in the role of Of Counsel.
