Andrej represents clients before the courts, customs offices and administrative bodies in Slovenia. His practice focuses on trademark enforcement and prosecution.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ, Andrej worked as a senior judicial counselor at the Circuit Court in Ljubljana. He also worked as a lawyer at a Slovenian intellectual property law firm for five and a half years, where he gained experience in IP protection and enforcement.
